Comparable benchmarks

The only ranking these data allow without distorting it is by median household income (INSEE), which is comparable from one municipality to another. The observatory does not publish a ranking of municipalities by price per m²: the municipal median is calculated from too few sales to be compared. The price appears on each profile, with its number of transactions.
