How does the 14-day trial work?
You get all of MORYA Stay for 14 days, with no commitment and no card. At the end, you subscribe to continue or you stop at no cost — your data stays yours.
Which channels does Stay sync with?
Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and any other calendar, via iCal link. Stay’s central calendar is the source of truth: as soon as a booking is picked up on one channel (every 5 minutes), the date is blocked everywhere on Stay’s side, and an iCal export passes it on to the other OTAs.
How do you prevent double bookings?
Each (property, date) pair is unique in the database and protected by an application lock: when in doubt, Stay blocks the date rather than selling it twice. An iCal poll every 5 minutes, a nightly reconciliation and a desync monitor catch any drift against the OTAs.
Does Stay handle Loi Le Meur compliance?
Yes. Stay tracks your registration number, the legal cap of 120 nights a year and your municipality’s own rules (high-demand zone, change of use), with alerts before you go over.
What about tax on my rental income?
Stay uses MORYA’s LMNP calculators to weigh micro-BIC against the actual-costs regime using your real revenue, and helps you prepare your return.
Is my data hosted in France?
Yes. All data is hosted in Europe with OVH (Paris region), GDPR-compliant. No data is transferred outside the EU.
