Features

Everything Stay does.

From the calendar to the host register: 11 capabilities, each with its real status.

Filter by family

What is running, and what is coming.

4 of these capabilities are not live yet: their card says so, and why.

Distribution

Where your property is booked: the platforms, and your own page.

One central calendar, and only one

Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo and Expedia sync through iCal into a single calendar. A database guard refuses two bookings for the same night, under lock.

Direct booking, commission-free

A booking page in your name, a quote, payment through Stripe Connect. MORYA takes no commission on these stays.

Coming soon

Native platform connection

A direct connection to the platforms’ APIs, instead of calendar exchange.

Today, syncing runs through iCal. Direct connection is not open yet.

Home

What the guest goes through, from the first message to the cleaning.

A co-host that replies

Messages are sorted by intent, urgency and language; a reply is suggested from your welcome book. Automatic sending is a choice, not a default, and the AI escalates as soon as it is unsure.

In beta

Cleaning, as tasks

Tasks, team, brief and end-of-task report — the changeover between two stays.

In beta: the feature works, but how it works may still change.

In beta

The welcome book, translated

One book per property, generated and translated, available to the guest through a link with no account.

In beta: the feature works, but how it works may still change.

Income

The nightly price, the deposit hold, the tax regime.

In beta

Deposit by card hold

The hold is placed before arrival and released after departure, with no charge unless something is reported.

In beta: the feature works, but how it works may still change.

A suggested price, never imposed

Seasonality, local occupancy and the DVF median for the micro-area give a recommended price, night by night. You stay in control.

Micro-BIC or actual costs, compared

Income is broken down by month and by channel, and the two regimes are compared on your own figures.

Compliance

The 120 nights, the registration number, the register.

Le Meur law, counted for you

Night counter, cap of 120 (or 90 depending on the municipality), registration number, DPE: a traffic light shows where you stand.

The host register, exportable

The register keeps itself up to date and exports as CSV or JSON.

What Stay does not promise

Two claims you read everywhere else, and which the protocol cannot back up.

  • No “real time”

Platform sync runs through iCal — periodic (refresh about every 5 min), never instant.

  • No “zero double bookings”

The conflict guard refuses a double booking IN THE DATABASE; it cannot do anything about two simultaneous sales on two platforms between two iCal refreshes.
