1. Seller's identity
The MORYA services are sold by Paul Fournier, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in the Registre national des entreprises (French national business register) under SIREN number 843,658,519, whose address is 15 rue de Bièvre, 75005 Paris (hereinafter “MORYA”). VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (franchise en base) — no VAT is invoiced or collected.

MORYA sells the services in its own name. Payments are collected through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., a payment service provider, which is not the seller.
2. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms and Conditions of Sale”) govern the sale of the subscriptions and purchases offered on the MORYA services to consumers and professionals. They supplement the general terms of use, which govern access to the platform. In the event of a conflict between the two documents on a point relating to the sale, these Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail.
Any order implies prior and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are brought to your attention before payment is confirmed.
3. Offers and prices
The prices displayed are the prices you pay. They are expressed in euros. MORYA falls under the VAT franchise scheme (franchise en base de TVA): no tax is added to the displayed price, and the total amount due is shown to you again before payment is confirmed. No charges are added at the time of payment.
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland), our payment service provider: your bank details are entered with Stripe and never pass through our servers. Purchases made from our iOS applications are, for their part, sold and invoiced by Apple, under its own terms.

AI credit packs. In addition to the weekly assistant usage limit included in your subscription, you can buy credit packs through a one-time payment, with no subscription or renewal. Credits are only used once the weekly limit is reached, starting with the oldest pack. Each pack is valid for twelve months from purchase; any part unused at expiry is lost and is not refunded.
MORYA may change its prices at any time. New prices apply only to billing periods starting after they come into force. Any price change affecting a current subscription is notified to you by email at least thirty (30) days before it applies; you may then terminate free of charge before that date.
4. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed online. Before confirming your order, you have the opportunity to check its details and total price, and to correct any errors. Confirmation of payment constitutes conclusion of the contract.
Payment is made by bank card or by any other means offered during the purchase process, through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. MORYA does not retain any bank card data.
Subscriptions taken out from an iOS application are sold by Apple under the App Store terms; these Terms and Conditions of Sale then apply only to the provision of the service, the sales relationship being governed by Apple.
In accordance with Article L221-13 of the French Consumer Code, confirmation of the contract is sent to you on a durable medium, by email, no later than the time at which the service is provided.
5. Term, renewal and termination
Subscriptions are taken out with no minimum term. They are concluded for a period of one month or one year depending on the plan chosen, and are tacitly renewed for a period of the same duration, unless terminated.
For tacitly renewed subscriptions, and in accordance with Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, MORYA informs you in writing, no earlier than three (3) months and no later than one (1) month before the end of the current period, of your option not to renew the contract. If this information is not sent to you, you may terminate the contract free of charge at any time from the renewal date, and obtain a refund of the sums paid after that date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time and without giving reasons, directly from your personal area, under “Cancel my subscription” in your account settings. This function is permanently accessible, through the same interface as the one used to subscribe, in accordance with Article L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code.
Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. You retain access to the service until that date. No further payment is taken after termination.
Subscriptions taken out from an iOS application are cancelled from the subscription settings of your Apple account.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for your decision or bear any costs other than those provided for by law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
To exercise this right, you need only notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement, sent to [email protected] or to the postal address given in Article 1. You may use the model form reproduced below, but you are not obliged to do so.
Immediate performance and waiver. As our services are provided immediately after subscription, you are asked, at the time of payment, to expressly request that performance of the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that you then lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Articles L221-25 and L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code). This request is obtained by means of a separate checkbox, which you are not obliged to tick: failing this, provision of the service begins at the end of the fourteen-day period.
If you withdraw after having requested immediate performance, you owe us an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the communication of your decision, in relation to the total agreed price. We refund the balance to you no later than fourteen days after receiving your decision, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity
The digital services provided by MORYA benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, you may require the service to be brought into conformity and, failing that, obtain a price reduction or the termination of the contract, without prejudice to any damages.
The information returned by MORYA (estimates, rental yield calculations, tax analyses, results produced by artificial intelligence) is provided for information purposes only and constitutes neither investment advice nor a legal or tax opinion.
8. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute between you and MORYA, after first attempting to resolve it directly with our customer service by means of a written complaint.

9. Personal data
The processing of personal data relating to the order and the performance of the contract is described in the privacy policy.
Only one free trial is granted per person and per module, and a given payment card can open only one per module: if it has already been used for a MORYA trial, the subscription starts immediately, with no trial period. To prevent it from being obtained more than once, after your account is deleted we keep an irreversible fingerprint (from which the data cannot be recovered in clear) of your email address and, where applicable, of the payment card used, linked to the module concerned, for no more than three years. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. Failing an amicable resolution, and without prejudice to the consumer protection provisions allowing consumers to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
